At Lanolips, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
